Eileen Hayes is a Partner in our litigation department and is a founding Partner of the firm.

Eileen has extensive experience in all areas of commercial and civil litigation in particular in resolving disputes involving renewable energy projects, planning matters, equity actions, family law and personal injury

In addition to being an experienced litigator, over the last ten years, Eileen has built up a significant employment law practice representing both employers and employees throughout West Cork and beyond and has successfully negotiated satisfactory outcomes on behalf of her clients.
