Julie Gallwey

Julie Gallwey is a Solicitor in our private client department.

She specializes in estate planning, administration of estates, all tax and financial issues arising in the administration of estates, creation of trusts and trust administration, succession law. Julie has a particular interest in the area of advising clients regarding drafting wills.

Julie qualified as a solicitor in 2008 having previously worked in the banking sector.

She has extensive experience in the purchase and sale of various types of residential property and drafting of letting agreements for residential and investment property to include advice regarding capital gains tax, stamp duty and property taxes. Julie also provides expert advice to clients with regard to mortgages and re-mortgages. Julie advises in relation to boundary issues, rectification and registration of title as well as the perfection of security.

Julie advises farmers in relation to tax planning, entitlements, forestry, family transfers and farm restructuring.
