Kate Hallissey

Kate Hallissey is a solicitor in the litigation department.

Kate practices in the area of civil criminal and family law in the District, Circuit and High Court.

Kate regularly attends District Court No. 18 and has extensive experience and a particular interest in the area of District Court litigation representing and advising clients in road traffic, licensing, debt recovery, family law, criminal and civil matters. Kate is also a member of the Criminal Legal Aid Board panel of private practitioner solicitors who provide criminal law legal services to clients in the District and Circuit Court

Kate particularly practices in the area of family law in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court. She provides professional advice in all areas of family law, including, District Court maintenance, access Guardianship, barring and safety order applications, judicial separation, divorce, and conveyancing transactions following marital breakdown. Kate is also a member of Legal Aid Board panel of private practitioner solicitors who provide family law legal services to clients along with the law centres service in Cork in the area of family law in the District and Circuit Court.

Kate qualified in February 2009 having completed her apprenticeship in Bandon.
