Leah Kelly
Leah has a B.A. from the University College Cork and obtained her honours LLB degree from the University of Limerick.
Leah deals principally with the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial properties. Her experience extends to commercial and non-commercial mortgages, estate planning and the administration of estates, drafting wills, voluntary dispositions and setting up of residential developments, drafting of letting agreements/Conacre agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Leah worked in a UK Top 100 London Based law firm in the Personal Injury department.
Since qualifying, Leah has developed a reputation for a strong work ethic and a proactive and commercially focused approach to problem-solving in the sector.
