Maura has previous experience both in practice and as in house counsel for Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals and for a multinational financial software group in Dublin and London.

Maura advises a broad range of clients including some of Ireland’s leading companies, public bodies and entrepreneurs. Maura specialises in mergers, acquisitions and divestments and project finance.

Maura’s experience incorporates all corporate aspects of large scale projects. While Maura has extensive experience across many industry sectors, from pharma to technology to manufacturing, she has established a reputation in the renewable sector and in particular in the development, sale and purchase of wind and solar projects, both operational and in development.
