Paul Westcott is a Partner in our commercial department and is a founding Partner of the firm.

Paul specialises in commercial and company law with a particular emphasis on general commercial and banking matters. His practice areas also include renewable energy, commercial leasing and private client advice.

Paul was previously a partner at P.J. O’Driscolls, Solicitors. Prior to that he lived in Australia for five years where he worked for two of the larger firms in Brisbane. Paul originally qualified in Scotland and practiced there for ten years, latterly as Chief Solicitor managing an in-house legal team which was responsible for providing legal support to a local authority in respect of a whole range of matters.

Paul currently acts for numerous local, national and international businesses and organisations and has also acted for local authorities, government bodies and banks
